  Divulge \Di*vulge"\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. Divulged; p. pr. &
     vb. n. Divulging.] [F. divulguer, L. divulgare; di- = dis-
     + vulgare to spread among the people, from vulgus the common
     people. See Vulgar.]
