  Pilot European Image Processing Archive
  PEIPA
  
     (PEIPA) An archive devoted to image processing, computer vision
     , and computer graphics.  It includes software,
     images, reference material, and miscellaneous goodies.
  
     The archive is funded by the British Machine Vision Association
      (BMVA) and the University of Essex and is
     closely associated with the Pixel mailing list and
     Technical Committee 5 (Benchmarking and Software) of the
     IAPR.
