     (shr[u^]gd); p. pr. & vb. n. Shrugging (shr[u^]g"g[i^]ng).]

     skrukke, to stoop, dial. Sw. skrukka, skruga, to crouch.]
     To draw up or contract (the shoulders), especially by way of
     expressing doubt, indifference, dislike, dread, or the like.
